What is your billing process?

During your free consultation, we'll discuss your project needs and develop a customized solution. Once we've finalized the project scope and timeline, you'll have the opportunity to preview the final deliverables before making a payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

At Epheos, we understand that project needs can change. We offer you the flexibility to cancel your project at any point. However, to ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Full Cancellation Refund: You can receive a full refund for project cancellation if you notify us within 24 hours of initiating the project. Partial Refund: If you cancel your project after 24 hours, a partial refund may be available. We will calculate the cancellation fee based on the work completed up to that point. This fee may be determined by: • Hourly Rate: The total time invested by our team multiplied by our standard hourly rate. • Project Milestone Completion: A predetermined fee associated with reaching specific project milestones, regardless of the time invested.

How can I become an expert on Epheos?

To become an expert on Epheos, start by logging in and completing our expert onboarding process. Visit the expert onboarding page to submit your application with your skills, experience, and portfolio. Once approved, you'll gain access to our expert dashboard where you can manage your profile, receive project opportunities, and track your work. We review applications carefully to ensure we match the right experts with the right projects.

How do I work as an expert?

Once you're accepted as an expert, you will be able to access the expert dashboard. Navigate to the 'Assigned Submissions' section to view all your active projects, completed work, and pending submissions. All your work history and earnings can also be tracked from your dashboard for easy reference.

Account & Login

How do I log in to my account and view my submissions?

To access your account and view your submissions, simply log in to Epheos with the email you provided during your submission. Your personal dashboard will show all your project submissions, their current status, account management options, and much more.
